Very prompt service from a friendly professional without any comments about how old my IT hardware is, unlike others who will just want to sell you something new. I felt valued as a customer.

Independent, so the advice is honest

We work with all the major providers and recommend what fits you and your budget, not whatever pays us a commission. We fix sick computers, and if you do need a new one, we’ll tell you straight.

Will you try to sell me a new computer?

Only if you genuinely need one. We’re independent, and we recommend what suits you, not what earns us a commission.

Can you fix it without coming out?

Often, yes. We can connect remotely while you’re on the phone. If it needs hands-on work, we’ll come to you or you can bring it to our Sywell workshop.

Do you cover my area?

We cover Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Towcester, Corby, Market Harborough and the villages around them, and beyond. Remote repair works wherever you are.

Someone phoned saying my computer has a problem

Don’t give them access or pay them anything. Hang up and ring us on 01604 411444 instead.

Still not sure?

Just ring and describe the problem. 01604 411444
